About us

COSCG was founded to give ongoing support to small and medium-sized Chinese enterprises in Europe that are: newly entering the European market, in need of more resources and support, or that are in a distressed situation.

We want to help Chinese companies who want to arise on the European market, but don’t have enough resources and know-how; that is, the knowledge of local law, business culture, language etc.

We can help you execute trading project, find business partners in Europe, open a branch office or factory, or sell your product effectively by managing your brand or running a successful marketing campaign.

With our European and Chinese experts,  we provide a wide range of services in the following areas:

Leszek Podpora has over 20 years of experience in establishing and managing international firms. He has run businesses in Poland, Dubai, US, China, and other European countries. Leszek uses his broad management expertise to consult for European businesses entering China and Chinese firms willing to expand their businesses in Europe.

Bartosz Cieslinski

Project Manager


Bartosz Cieslinski has lived and studied in USA, China, Mexico, Taiwan and Norway. He worked for American and Norwegian companies in Poland and has a vast knowledge of international business etiquette. He specialises in marketing operations and brand management of Chinese companies entering European market. He can speak fluently several European languages.

Hanna Podpora

Project Manager


Hanna Cieslinska holds a BA and MA in finance and accounting from Warsaw School of Economics and BA in Chinese Studies from University of Warsaw. She speaks fluent Chinese and is currently a PhD candidate at Xiamen University. She specialises in the barriers that Chinese enterprises encounter while entering the EU market. In COSCG she works with Chinese companies developing various advisory strategies such as: feasibility studies, supplier research, setting up business incubator offices in Europe, interim management etc.
